From the beginning, he offered his special brand of timely tax return preparation and planning services to individuals and families. Since that time, he has been a strong taxpayer advocate, always finding new ways of helping clients reduce their taxes. In fact, over the years, Michael's keen eye has uncovered many errors reported in prior year tax return filings of his new child care provider clients. He routinely reviews all prior tax returns, realizing that most tax professionals are not knowledgeable about unique tax rules that apply to the child care industry.

Small Business Advisory Services After having been a successful retail business owner himself for nearly 30 years, Michael sought to combine his tax and business acumen by developing a small business advisory focus for his practice. During the last two decades, Michael has been advising small business owners in a growing number of industries, including child care, legal services, medical, retail, consulting, fitness and health, real estate, construction, and others. In addition to tax compliance and planning services, Michael's small business services include advising on business formation, financial structure, cash flow and debt management.
